Stuck on "Party Not Ready" while playing Solo (PC/Steam)

I am unable to start a match because the "Ready" button is stuck on "Party Not Ready," even though I am playing solo and not in a lobby with anyone else.

Steps Taken (To no avail):

Restarted the game and Steam multiple times.
Restarted my router and laptop.
Switched to a different internet connection (Mobile Hotspot).
Verified integrity of game files on Steam.
Changed server data centers.

Additional Information:

Platform: PC (Steam)
Data Center: ap-southeast-1

Additional Note: I believe this is a synchronization issue between my account status and the game server, as this problem never occurred before my 3-day suspension (which was issued due to a naming violation). It seems the account state hasn't fully cleared its restricted status even though the suspension period has ended.
