The game crashes if you revive a teammate with Newcastle on a hoverboard

When you attempt to revive a teammate in Wildcard while on a hoverboard as a Newcastle, it kicks you from the game with the error message:

This has occurred twice in two separate games. Afterwards, I cannot press continue, nor will the game shutdown (even though apex does not appear in Task Manager). A restart to my PC (Windows 10) allows me to boot the game again.
