To the Apex Legends Support Team,
Please excuse my English as I am a Japanese player. I am playing on PlayStation, and my PSN ID is "chocolatier777".
Since the start of this season, I have been frequently disconnected and returned to the lobby due to "Server Full" or "Server Error" messages right after matching. This has caused me to receive unfair abandonment penalties, which is very frustrating.
If possible, I would like to request a compensation for the RP I lost due to these errors this season. I have evidence available, so please let me know if you need me to provide it.
