Ultimate battle pass bug

After last split where I didn't get my battlepass rewards for some reason, I now have a whole other problem.... When the update for split 2 launched and I logged in I had the ultimate pass all of a sudden, I leveled it up to see if I still have a problem and I didn't get any of the rewards and I can't buy the premium or ultimate battlepass so I have no chance to get the battlepass and it's rewards. The game bugged out gave me the ultimate pass for some reason but I also don't have it because I can get the free rewards but not the paid ones and every time I level up it shows me that I earned the rewards and it has the same bug as last split where I see I have the skin because the skin number on a weapon went up by one but it isn't there. Anyone from the dev team that can help me please, it has already been more than a week where my game is completely bugged out on the Battlepass side of things.
