Ultimate Battlepass not received
I am writing to inquire about an Ultimate Battle Pass that I purchased through the EA Store online. After approximately 30 hours, I contacted support. A representative was able to grant me the Battle Pass, but I have yet to receive the 1200 crafting metals or 8 Apex Packs that are included. It has been nearly a day since my initial contact, and I have only received the Battle Pass. I contacted support again today, and they advised me to report this issue on the bug forum because they could not assist me further. I would be grateful if you could investigate this matter and let me know if a resolution is forthcoming. Additionally, I would like to respectfully inquire whether I am entitled to any form of compensation for the inconvenience.
