I am encountering an issue with Apex Legends on Nintendo Switch. My EA account is set as an adult account, and it’s linked to my Nintendo account. I’ve had parental controls enabled on my Nintendo account for five years.
When I try to play Apex Legends on Switch, I receive a message stating that “a parent or guardian must verify the account.” However, there’s no option to enter an email address, so I’m unable to complete the verification process.
I suspect this might be a bug. Does anyone know how to fix this or what steps I can take to resolve the verification issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
