Unauthorized 150 Mythic Shards spent on Mad Maggie Heirloom Character is locked

Hello Community Managers,

I am posting here hoping an EA Community Manager can look into my situation and escalate it to the Respawn / Live Ops team.

My 150 Mythic Shards were spent on Mad Maggie's Heirloom without my authorization.

As clear proof that this was not intentional: Mad Maggie is completely locked on my account, and I have zero playtime/matches with her. It makes no sense to unlock an Heirloom for a character I do not even own.

I already contacted EA Support, but the advisors explained that frontline support tools are technically locked out of reversing Heirlooms or modifying the database.

Could an EA Community Manager please assist me and escalate this to the Respawn team so the Heirloom can be revoked and the 150 shards restored?

    1iamdana​ Unfortunately once an in-game item is bought, it cannot be refunded or exchanged.

    If you weren't in the shop recently looking at Heirlooms, I'd recommend securing your EA Account and any platform account that you have connected to it, (such as your Xbox Account), to ensure everything is secured.
