You can instantly recharge your red shield mid fight using an exploit

Currently there is an exploit that allows you to recharge your red shield instantly mid fight. This puts you on a huge disadvantage in fights if you run against it and it compromises the competitive integrity. You should remove the red shield from the game completely until this is fixed. This exploit might also apply to gold shields but I'm not sure.
