As far as I can confirm, when a Valkyrie with the "birthright" skin is carrying a weapon, the VTOL jet handle is visible whether or not she ADSs.
This is especially noticeable with pistol weapons, and the ADS on the p2020 akimbo is so bad that it is not combat-ready.
