Apex without TAA is literately making my eyes bleed. Unplayable without it or with first gen upscaling = you basically are shooting pixels of noise all the time.
Sorry can't comment on the issue as I stopped paying attention to visual clutter of Apex while ago, just try doing my best understanding where enemies are and aim approximately that direction most of the time :) visual clutter in this game is just insane thus many people solve that via wallhacks :) as killing others is much easier task compared to spotting them :D
