Hello, I took a break from apex legends. My case number is 221862080. I saw this new heirloom (Raptors Claw universal heirloom). I spent 200 dollars on apex coins and from my previous heirloom hunt that I keep track of I opened up 270 packs prior to spending the 200 dollars on more packs. Fast forward after I opened 260 packs this puts me at 530 apex packs WITHOUT an heirloom shard drop. According to the apex packs drop list it says you CANNOT open more than 500 without receiving a drop. Disappointed in Respawn for false advertising. EA support didn't help much. If I can get an explanation on why I have yet to see my drop that would be appreciated.

Keep in mind that Apex Packs from Collection Events do not count towards the 500 pack count for getting a guaranteed Heirloom.
A player cannot open more than 500 Apex Packs (excludes Collection Event Packs)
From: [EA] - Apex Legends FAQIf you opened any of those packs and counted them towards the 500 pack minimum, then that would explain why you have opened more than 500 but haven't received an heirloom yet.
Correct, to my knowledge these were raw packs. Any collection event I wouldn't do since there's a guaranteed heirloom after you receive all collection event items.
