What do I do to fix this or who do I speak to?

I am trying to report a bug with the Ranked Ladder Challenge tracker. I finished the most recent weekend ladder in #5 place (Tier 1). I successfully received the 3 Apex Packs and I forgot what amount of Battle Stars and crafting materials reward for this placement, which proves I reached the 'Ladder Champion' tier.

However, the in-game challenge tracker is still stuck at 1/2 and did not increment. Since I have met the Top 10% requirement for the second time, I should have the Ladder Champion Dive Trail unlocked. 

I've also done the handshake technique and it hasn't refreshed anything, I've checked my inventory it's not in there either.  

I forgot to take a screenshot of my placement though I have a screenshot of my 1/2 completion that hasn't changed.

This isn't the first time either it's been like this since last year. I place top 10% every ranked ladder challenge, and it never updates.
