When you open 50 apex packs the server crashed

The title says it all. I bought 100 apex packs for 6700 apex coins just to realise you only open 50 and when you try to open the remaining 50 all at once the server crashes, please help or at least give us some justification because people spend their hard earned money and such bugs might lead to a lawsuit.
