Wraith evac bug/RP Loss To Cheaters

Well there is the first problem i would like to address. The bug where wraith is in phase and taking jump towner or evac she jumps off at the top instead of taking the jump tower. Been screwed over off that to many times. 2nd issue is the thousands of players ive reported in ranked. And i get no RP back? Where is my Pred badge. You guys continuing to let cheaters run through your game and steal real legit players chances to make something of their lives. Ive played this game for more then 300 days played. Every season i solo q. And i got the worst teammates. Who should be what my enemies skill is. But instead i get level 60 cheaters 3 stacking and killing me every game. The only time i dont get killed is if i happen to out move them its unreal. 10,000 rp i lose at least every season. Never gotten any returned to me. And yet 80% of your preds on every platform is cheating. I know you guys wont care about little old me. But as a long time legit player who is not just a average IQ bot i know the reality of cheaters. Most of your legit players have left. And if you cant come to terms that your "top ranks" arent all cheating in one way or another. By playing with one to boost or habing someone smurf to carry them. Its no way you cant flag and have a new account whos blazing through gold and plat lobbies banned before they reach gold or plat. Anyother bug was from season 21 when you had ranked rumble. I was diamond that season and got a diamond badge. But my ranked rumble instead of getting a diamond badge i ended up getting a bronze ranked rumble badge. Do you mind fixing that. If its the least you could do. I would appreciate it. Honestly tho. I just want cheaters gone. So they cant keep taking away my chance for my FIRST pred badge. Thanks to make up for all the seasons ive lost RP to server crash. DDOS ect. A refund of 10k RP would be fine. Thanks
