Wrong ladder tier rewards

I placed 1st in champion and i have no progress in the challenge and got tier 2 reward

I'm guessing for showing the ranked ladder, they rounded the placements up (for example, I was #5 out of 49 participants and was in tier 1), but for giving out the rewards they rounded down so I received tier 2 rewards

Happened with me too. I emailed EA, let's see what happens

Do we have acknowledgement from EA that they know about this bug? Have we heard anything?

I have the same problem here. Shows me in tier 1 even after its completed but no rewards or progression towards x3 champ for the dive trail challenge. Im on PC.
