Wrong ladder tier rewards

So they just go radio silent….. 

Same w me.Placed 7th and it gave me tier 2 rewards, and doesn’t count the dovetail challenge, such a frustrating experience.MHD_Va1et

Same thing happened to me and I get on today and see that the second week counted. I emailed EA but I am probably not going to get a response until season 30. Seeing that it is happening to so many people makes me think it is an intended bug.

I worked so hard to get to top tier only to be screwed and given tier 2 rewards.

They hardly ignore it. They just sent me a link to the official EA help page by referring to the reward section and suggest to check out the forum if anyone facing similar issues ._.

My issue will probably never be resolved, but your issue is hot topic, since it's a new engagement system.

I don't have any issues with Ranked Ladder rewards. But I'm bumping this thread for activity. I would be mad if I faced this problem.
