Wrong Ranked Ascension Crest

EDITED: I’m ranked silver and that shows in the lobby but when matched it shows a bronze ascension crest. Why? 
At the start of the season, I was correctly set to bronze 4, I equip the ascension crest right then and have now made it to silver. In the lobby, it shows a silver ascension crest but when in a ranked game, it shows a bronze ascension crest. Why is this? I’ve tried restarting the game, playing on other NA server locations and returning to my server only to find the issue persists. A quick fix? If it remains broken, no one will use the awesome cosmetic feature and it’ll eventually be removed. I appreciate your time and what your team does.
