Adrenaline injector

Unsure if this is a bug but GOD do I hope it is:

using the adrenaline injector always re-equips the primary weapon, if running with a knife out and then using the injector pulls the gun out instead of switching back to the knife and it is ANNOYING

it would make far more sense to simply equip what was previously in your hands.
