ADS opens commonrose menu so i can't fire my weapon

I am playing on PC and through Steam. Since the last update i can't play the game at all, because whenever i ADS by holding right mouse button the commorose menu opens and i can't fire my weapon (see picture).

I tried rebinding my aim to another button and then back to right mouse button, but when i rebind to right mouse button it says that right mouse button is also bound to "Interactive Scoreboard". Ok i don't know what that is, but i found the keybindings for it under the UI section and sure enough, right mouse button is bound to it. So i clear the mouse key for the interactive scoreboard and rebind my aim key. Now it doesn't tell mere there are more keys bound to it. I load up a game, and nothing has changed. The commorose menu still opens up when i ADS.

In game i can aim if my bind my zoom button to left mouse button, but no matter what buttons i bind to either shoot or zoom, one of those two will open the commorose menu. So i can either hip fire or fire one shot at a time.

I have tried verifying the integrity of the game files 3 times now right after exiting the game, and every time it finds that 3 files are corrupted and will be re-downloaded. All the downloads are 32.2 MB every time so i assume its the same files. I don't know how to determine what files they are.

And everything else runs smooth. No crashing or anything at all, except when i aim i get the commorose menu. Literally unplayable (For real literally). Except the shooting range of course, where there is no problems aiming down sights.
