Aim Input Ignored Across All Weapons: Game Mechanic and Coding Issue

There is a critical problem affecting mouse input responsiveness for all weapons, not just those with strong horizontal recoil. Even weapons without noticeable horizontal recoil experience the same issue aim tracking and micro-adjustments get ignored, overridden, or severely dampened during sustained fire. This suggests the problem is not tied to a specific weapon or recoil pattern, but is a fundamental issue with the game’s aiming mechanics and code.
This bug makes the game unplayable for competitive mouse users, as basic trauma tracking and aiming skills are inconsistent or rendered useless. No matter what weapon you use, your mouse input can be overridden by the game’s code, making it impossible to maintain precise aim.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use any weapon (with or without strong horizontal recoil).
2. Attempt to track a moving target or make small micro-adjustments while firing.
3. Notice that your input is ignored or heavily reduced at certain moments, regardless of the weapon’s recoil pattern.
Expected Result:
Mouse input should always have priority, and should be layered additively over any weapon recoil, for all weapons.
Actual Result:
Recoil and/or internal game code forces often override, ignore, or dampen actual mouse input, causing all weapons—no matter their recoil profile to feel unresponsive and disconnected.
Impact:
This is a major mechanical problem, not just a weapon balance issue. It breaks the essential feel of skill-based aiming and affects player experience for all weapons.
Suggestion:
Review and update the underlying aim/recoil code so player input is always read and applied first, with recoil then being layered on top per frame. Ensure this is consistent for every weapon and gameplay situation, with no code paths that can cancel, override, or reset input
