Thanks, yeah i have same reason and ngl if u saw how i play u would be suprised why or how i even got suspected lmao... I mean i cant even refund it. its just sad what is happening to my fav game
I've been waiting since the 14th with the only response being something along the lines of "thanks for waiting we've transferred this appeal to the studio" can't even access singleplayer. I've truly never been so dissapointed in a company and at this point I wouldnt count on any meaningful resolution.

this is currently what mine is in, I got a response today from EA saying that they took corrective actions, appears to be yet another generated response with vague information however there’s been no update on the case ticket, and is still sitting with studio team.
EA are quick to make these accusations of people cheating but lack the support to clear people who have been falsely banned.I pre ordered the game, encountered the licensing issue where I couldn’t play on launch, now a permanent ban for unknown reason? Why did I spend all this money for the phantom edition?!?
