Anti-Cheat false bans people

I bought game to play with bots after work to chill, I was playing with bots and now I'm banned cuz of cheating...

I played max 3 times in online with other players could not get kills normally and just left to continue playing game how I liked it, WITH BOTS. okay your anti cheat false bans me at least let me play with bots as I wanted **bleep**...

I have:

machenke keyboard driver and Scyrox v6 mouse driver
I have vanguard Anti-Cheat in background too cuz of league of legends, And most important and sad is that i cant appeal my ban cuz this darn button is not working please can someone help me im in bad situation rn i cant buy bf6 again for 70 bucks i just want to have fun in bots and chill after hard day cmon... please.

I use process lasso that's only external tool I had in background and wallpaper engine.

[UPDATE]: I can appeal now and i did, I will update for replies.

[UPDATE 2]: They told me that they will not unban me cuz i was using cheats or exploits or program that kicks other players from server when ( when I was playing with bots btw )

well I guess I'm just not going to play this game anymore, thanks EA. good luck everyone I hope u will get unbanned.

[UPDATE 2]: Please consider contacting youtubers as much as you can so our situation gets some attention! Clearly EA don't cares about us now!

[UPDATE 3]: So as you can see they did nothing. I'm just deleting this game and not coming back again. I hope your accounts gets unbanned, As of me I lost all hope to this company. bye.

I hope u will get help, I'm just here with wasted 70 bucks and didn't played game for days idk... They Transferred my appeal nothing we can do right now, I contacted YouTuber: "Blame Truth - The CODfather." So he could make video and devs see it maybe it will make process a bit faster.

Hi, has yours progressed past “transferred to studio”
this is currently what mine is in, I got a response today from EA saying that they took corrective actions, appears to be yet another generated response with vague information however there’s been no update on the case ticket, and is still sitting with studio team.
EA are quick to make these accusations of people cheating but lack the support to clear people who have been falsely banned.
I pre ordered the game, encountered the licensing issue where I couldn’t play on launch, now a permanent ban for unknown reason? Why did I spend all this money for the phantom edition?!?

I’ve had my second appeal denied, after saying I wanted evidence as to what program I have used, I got the same automated response from them, absolutely ridiculous

Hey as u can see I edited my post, they denied my appeal so I reappealed, I'm pretty sure they didn't even search why I got banned and just denied it cuz their bad Anti-Cheat detected something lol

Crazy i got ban for no reason I hardly play this game battle field redsec 90 minute in 2 weeks with 2-3 kills per match and i still got a ban I didn’t used anything and why would i don't play these games and i cant appeal to I don’t know what’s happening there website tweaking maybe but one thing is common that is my vanguard was also open cause of valorant and I dont know if thats the reason
