Assignments Stopped Progressing

Since 11/5 I have run into multiple assignments that are stuck progressing due to the auto complete. I'm on PS5 and tried; hard reboot, uninstalling the game and reinstalling and playing the modes to try and get the next step of the assignments to progress. None of those steps worked.
