Bad FPS in New Sobek City map

After tons of updates, this map is still the worst-optimized one in the game. It eats GPU like crazy — my RTX 5070 sits at 99% usage with FG on and DLSS Quality at 1440p. No matter what settings I swap around, from DLAA to DLSS Quality, this specific map keeps my GPU maxed out at 99%. Please take another look at optimizing it. I can only get 102-110fps in this Sobek map with FG on, other map i can get 150-200fps easily with low GPU usage.
