Battle Pass - Recruit Tier and Instant Rewards Locked Bug

I purchased the Battle Pass Pro, but some rewards are locked even though they show a check mark indicating they were received. Specifically, the Recruit Tier and Instant Rewards are marked as unlocked (red tick), but I can’t access or equip them in-game. All other reward paths are working fine.

The issue remains even after restarting the game, relogging, and verifying game files.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Purchase the Battle Pass Pro
2. Log into the game and open the Battle Pass screen
3. Check the Recruit Tier and Instant Rewards section
4. Notice they appear unlocked (check mark) but are still inaccessible

Expected Result:
Recruit Tier and Instant Rewards should unlock immediately after purchasing the Battle Pass Pro.

Actual Result:
Only the Recruit Tier and Instant Rewards remain locked despite showing as unlocked.

Additional Notes:
This issue seems to affect multiple players. Please investigate and fix it soon.

    Same here I was in a live chat with EA about it. Even though I have the ea account linked to my Xbox they say they can verify or prove I bought the game and that I need to contact Xbox. It was so rude. I'm going back to call of duty I've spent 150 for items on top of buying the game they won't get another penny from me after the way I was just treated. I'm livid. I bought the pro pass the 12 instant unlocks only the 2nd 6 are equipable the first 6 show they are locked in my inventory I want a refund.

    Man, I’m dealing with the exact same problem! It’s honestly so frustrating, I’ve tried every possible fix and still nothing works. EA hasn’t done anything about it yet. Feels like they’re just ignoring the issue at this point.

    Just baught the battlefield pro same issue, the battlepass tiers are unlocked but the skin is still locked.

    I’m having the same issue with the instant rewards. Specifically the Battle Pass Instant rewards after I purchased the BF Pro. 

    BUG: The user is only granted the Battle Pass rewards after buying BF PRO.

    Steps:

    1. Using a user that does NOT  own the battle pass complete a section of the BP (Rogue Operators, and/or Deniable Ops)
    2. Buy BF Pro and make note that the Battle Pass instant reward have the red check mark, along with the BF Pro items
    3. Navigate to appearance and select recon and attempt to activate the “Speak No Evil” avatar
    4. Observe he lock icon on the avatar thumbnail 

    Quick steps: Make progress into the Battle pass> Buy BF Pro> unlock instant rewards> attempt to equip any of the BATTLE PASS rewards (BP avatares and items) have the lock icon and are not able to be equipped.

    BUG: The lock icon continues to be displayed on the Battle pass items (avatars, gun skin, parachute, and XP boost when the user attempts to equip/use them. NOTE: The BF Pro items are accessible and can be used.
