Battle pass compensation not received

I contacted support, they told me every one has received their compensation. My account wasn't flagged because I wasn't impacted. I guess 2 days of not being able to play anything apart from sitting in the menu is not impact enough. Nice one EA. I guess not being in their big market countries means I'm not important. Thanks EA.
