battle pass not free item

Hi EA Team,

BigBoy here. I just wanted to get some clarity regarding the Battle Pass rewards that are marked as Free.

From what I understand, an item labeled as Free should be available to all players once they reach that Battle Pass level. However, it appears that I still have to unlock or work towards the item before I can claim it, which doesn't seem to match what the "Free" label suggests.

Could you please clarify whether this is the intended behavior or if this is a bug? I just want to make sure I'm understanding how the Battle Pass rewards are supposed to work.
