Battle Pass Pro charged twice – 450 Battlefield Coins missing

Hello EA team,

I would like to report an issue with the Winter Offensive Battle Pass Pro purchase.

Here is the detailed breakdown of what happened:

- The Battle Pass has a total of 11 tiers.
- At the time of purchase, I had already reached Tier 8 and only needed to unlock the remaining 3 tiers.
- I upgraded the Battle Pass for the first time, and 450 Battlefield Coins were deducted, but the remaining tiers were not unlocked.
- Thinking the first upgrade did not process correctly, I upgraded the Battle Pass a second time, and another 450 Battlefield Coins were deducted.

In total, 900 Battlefield Coins were deducted from my account.

Later, the Battle Pass rewards were granted, but effectively only one upgrade was applied.

Current coin balance check:
- Before purchasing the Battle Pass: 3,350 Battlefield Coins
- After two Battle Pass upgrades: 2,450 Battlefield Coins
- After purchasing a 2,000-coin bundle: 450 Battlefield Coins remaining

Based on this transaction history, my balance should be 900 Battlefield Coins, but it is currently 450.
This means 450 Battlefield Coins are still missing from my account.

This issue has already been reported to EA Help and acknowledged as a known issue, but the coin balance has not been corrected yet.

I hope the team can look into this and either refund the missing 450 Battlefield Coins or correct the account balance.
