Battle Pass progression completely stopped on all official modes/servers

have not received any Battle Pass or Season Pass points despite playing only on official PC servers and in official modes (Conquest, Breakthrough, Arena, etc.). Every match I complete shows no progression recorded toward the Pass.

Here are the details:

Platform: PC

Modes tested: Conquest, Breakthrough, Arena, and other official modes

Servers: Official (not custom or Portal)

Issue: After match ends, the scoreboard displays normally, but the Battle Pass screen remains unchanged (0 points added)

Troubleshooting done: I have restarted the game, restarted the EA App/Origin, played multiple full matches in different official modes, but still no points.
