Battle pass rewards bug

Recently after ive completed some paths, the game didnt give me the awards such as that ak205 skin and Murphy character in dagger 1-3. Is there a way to claim these? And also when trying to res a downed squadmate the downed character gets thrown away in supersonic speed. Pls dice give me my rewards or at least respond to my post
