Yes, I also have this problem. I also bought the battlefield pro upgrade for PS5 but i haven't received the instant rewards from the battle pass.Also had to restart my game before they gave me the rewards but noticed i haven't received everything. The other skins i have received but that was because i wasn't that far progress wise in the pass.
