Battlefield 6 completely disables computer keyboard

We tryed everything already but nothing fix our issue, i have this failure since 1 year or more..... and nevermind what i reinstalling, windows, drivers, keyboard drivers, always the same, that some kind of problem with the EA and Armory client, or with an Asus Rog driver

i have the same LAPTOP and SAME issue, i hope we get a fix for it

Hi, I have the same issue with my ROG Strix G713PI, always when i start playing Battlefield 6 after some minutes doesn't work the keyboard, but the mouse works well, i tryed everything, but nothing help.... if i make a hard reset then works again until i dont play BF 6 again..... please EA make some fix for it because it's is unplayable now....

Any updates on this? This is still happening every single play session.

My device is also a ROG strix laptop. Yeah we almost have the exact same system.

+1 Same Issue here. Try booting a game up and the keyboard stops working everywhere. Only a hard reset enables the keyboard.

My specs are

• Device name ROG Strix G713PI_G713PI
• Processor AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX with Radeon Graphics 
• Installed RAM 32 GB (31,2 GB usable)
• Graphics card

  NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Laptop GPU (8 GB)

• AMD Radeon(TM) 610M (486 MB)

Same Processor, maybe there is a connection? 

Frustrating issue to have.

I found a work around that seems to "fix" it.
So with my laptop, if I plug in a wireless USB keyboard I found, the game seems to work fine and I can use both keyboards. 
But if I disconnect the wireless USB keyboard and launch the game, the issue re-appears and I have to hard reset my computer to fix it.

Edit: Nevermind, tried it again and my main laptop keyboard disables itself. Have to restart my PC to fix it.

+1 to this issue; same thing happens when I first boot up BF6. Disconnecting/reconnecting the (wired) keyboard fixes it but throughout a game, it'll get disabled at least 2-3 times (reconnecting always fixes it). This has never been issue prior to season 4. Mouse continues to work when keyboard gets disabled. 

I'm using a custom keyboard (Owlab Spring) which comes built in with custom function / macros but no custom software is installed/running when playing BF6. Devs please take a look at this--this bug makes the game experience really poor.

• Processor AMD Ryzen 9 7845HX with Radeon Graphics (3.00 GHz)
• Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.2 GB usable)
• Graphics card NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 Laptop GPU (8 GB)
• AMD Radeon(TM) 610M (486 MB)

It is the built in keyboard to the laptop. 
I can try using a plugged in key board if I find one and let you know. I have not tried that yet. 

As for software, all I have is the default Armoury Crate and ROG CustomHotkey software installed on the computer.

The mouse works fine with no issues.
