Battlefield 6 EA Account Transfer Bug

I have two EA accounts due to Microsoft making me an account associated with Xbox. I no longer use that account. I had redeemed battlefield 6 on that account by mistake and contacted EA Support. They started an account transfer that was successfully completed according to my EA support. Although there is a bug that is stopping Battlefield 6 from appearing in my account. I was informed the best way to get response by management is to create a thread.
