Battlefield 6 Heli Rubberbanding/Desync

have had this bug since the Beta... I am at a loss. This happens in any vehicle once I hit a certain speed but the helis are the worst.

I have: adjusted every single setting, Uninstalled/reinstalled the game, verified/validated files, gone into bios and adjusted Dram Frequency,  and anything else I could find online..... I am at a loss. Please someone help me. 

For Reference I have a 3080 Turbo and Ryzen 7 3700X. I also have 64 gb of DDR4 Ram
