Battlefield 6 won't load since day 1 till now

It is already 3 days since trying to load the game. Try every step that i found in topics to resolve the problem but till now with no luck.
Would like a refund from ea but in refund tool page the tab with refund is not showing.
In attached images the only thing that show when I try to load the game is the first loading screen and then it get me back to ea screen.
It just add 1 minutes of play everytime.
Now it seem to have 44 minutes of play but it is just 44 times that try to play the game.
I just want a refund.
