Battlefield Coins gone

I purchased some battlefield coins and went to purchase a winter bundle from shop for 1500 and rush through the winter offensive bonus path which was priced at 1350. I got 5000 coins. I obtained the bundle which I was happy about but when I went to advance 9 tiers it took the coins but didn't advance me. At first I thought maybe the screen was bugged so I tried it again to see if I'd get an error message or something. It took 2700 coins from me in total and still says I haven't advanced even after resetting the game. I also double checked to make sure it didn't apply it to the original pass but I'm on the same level there as well.
