Welcome to the struggle! And welcome to EA completely refusing to acknowledge the issue cause that would no doubt entitle you, myself, and others to refunds (that we should rightfully pursue!). It sucks man I know :( but the more threads you comment on about this and the louder we get, the closer we get to any sort of update on this. Absolutely abysmal customer service EA knows what they’re doing and doesn’t care. SIT AND SPIN EA!!! SIT AND EFFIN SPINNNN!
