I'm very sorry, but problems with in-game currency or rewards etc isn't something we can really help with here, as nobody can access game accounts for security reasons. Unfortunately, you'll need to go back to EA Help to see if they can assist you further in this case. However, they may not be able to assist you if the pass was purchased with coins from an unofficial reseller (there's some basic info about this here), although that might not be the case here, as you may have used an official one.
