Be aware of which version you purchased
I bought the Phantom Edition, but I only received the Standard Version.
You might want to double-check your account as well — maybe you’re affected too.
By the way, EA Support wasn’t able to fix the problem. After several hours and days, they just manually assigned me the Phantom upgrade — but it still only shows as the Standard Version.
EA, this is really embarrassing.
