Every game we queue, we are getting bots and servers don't fill, we end up playing 8 v 8 and rest bots up to 24 players in both teams. We have tried all modes and it always ends up in bots, we rarely get real player full lobby and its day 4. If this is not solved quickly I would be leaving a negative review, Its not fair for us to pay full price, see 500K+ active players and still get matches full of bots
ZA region. 16 player modes get stuck at 12 players, says populating with bots but doesn’t. This at peak time on weekend so no way there aren’t players. Large 64 player modes at least work but usually have 10-20 players and rest bots. Crossplay on on pc. Game feels dead already but surely must be a matchmaking problem
they urgently need to fix the absurd matchmaking wait times for these modes, regardless of the map. It's common to wait 20 minutes or more. The lobby gets 12 people, it says it's "filling with bots," but then it fails to fill. Consequently, everyone leaves, the queue resets, and the match never actually starts.
Domination and TDM matches end way too fast. They should definitely raise the score limit, and 400 points would be ideal.
And honestly, bots shouldn't even exist in the first place.
I am very sad, I bought the game two days after its release, I had been playing normally, and then I started having these problems. I've been suffering with this for over a week and I can't play these modes. You give up out of so much anger and waiting. I would really like a refund.
Bonsoir, même problème chez nous en Europe et en France pour note part. Nous sommes deux à jouer, mon mari et moi, dans le même bureau..., vers 22h30/23h00 , comme ce soir, il est tout seul comme vrai joueur…!
Il est vraiment nécessaire de revoir tout cela… Mais… OK même si cela permet d'être "plus facile" pour valider certains défis (comme pour des nulles comme moi ^^) mais ça tue le mode multijoueur pour nous !

We need better matchmaking or server bowser with oficial server. I love the Game but this experience is killing the Game for.me
Same issue turns out any region apart from NA and EU is dead af in some cases u get some full breakthrough or conquest rest all the other game mode is so dead .
Please Dice either add an option to increase the matchmaking range or allow to server change so as to ppl from dead regions can play uncommon game modes
Tested in Japan server, same here. The lobby is not filled instantly, instead you get put on a lobby with only one player, then slowly filled like a light rain. I have been having this issue since November, and had to play on a US West Server with VPN because of this issue. I hope developers fix this issue as soon as they come back from holiday break.
