I used coins to skip the limited time Battlepass (that seems to be centered on Sabotage and Redsec game-modes, which I am not interested in).
My coin balance immediately went down, but the tiers stayed the same. It took my money and didn't give me anything for it 😢
i have the same problem right now. my mistake i also tried 3 times so it "stole" my coins 3 times =(

Exact same problem. EA support chat is telling me nothing can be done and to basically get lost. $100 of my hard earned money gone and the worst part is i know i will never see compensation for it. As far as I know you have consumer rights laws over there in EU. I'd be looking into that if I could if I were you.
