BF6 Daily Gifts for Inbox missing

Same here. I clearly remember clicking a claim message on the launch day, but the dogtag is still locked.
Raised a support case a while ago (#226508600):

I have reviewed your email and gathered that youare missing daily login rewards in the game. Please don't worry, I would try to provide all the mandatory information about your concern.

I really appreciate you sharing feedback towards the game. I will make sure to forward the same to our concerned department.

As a gamer I certainly do understand your concern here and I really appreciate your time and money you have spend in the game but I am sure you can understand it is just that there is nothing that we can do from our end else I would have loved to do that for you.

As much as I know, I wont be able to resolve this for you as this needs to be fixed on a developmental level.

Believe me, the moderator team is however collecting data from the community and are examining solutions if they determine enough customers have the problem and the problem is technically addressable with a patch, or if a work around is possible.

As of now for you I’ve made detailed case notes of this report and forwarded to concerned department who will further investigate the matter and hope in next update they may make the desired changes.
