Same thing, every EA rep I talked to were just trying to close my case. Each time that I told them that it was not resolve I had to reexplained the issue to another person again and again. They told me that the dev Teams do not reach back to them or to players and to check on forums to “gain” more attention. It is really unprofessional and it seems that this is the same answer they tell to everyone having a problem.

As the game team do not reaches back in regards to your report, please keep an eye on Twitter or look out for in-game messaging for updates. You can also check EA Forums as there might be other players who've submitted similar feedback or have similar issues for them to upvote.
