BF6 Match Stuttering and Performance Issues

During Large Scale Matches I very consistently get stuttering where frames drop to minimal and no input is received. It even cause audio from other apps to stop. The stuttering lasts for about 20-30 seconds and occurs about every 2-3 minutes during a match. This happens every time i play a large scale match and gets worse as I play longer. 
I use the following:

AMD Ryzen 9 9950X

Nvidia RTX 4070TI Super

Driver: 581.80

Samsun Odyssey G95SC

No matter what settings i limit or change for graphics, the issue does not change.
