Same issue here, completed all, 3 points left over.
Exact same issue for me, 3 points left over after completing all challenges.
I did reroll one challenge which gave me "Win 2 matches in Escalation", so I played a game of Escalation and at the end of it (after we lost) it said the challenge was complete. It didn't show on the challenges section at the end of the match but in the main menu it showed completed. And that challenge was worth 3 points.
I'm wondering if it doesn't count challenges that get rerolled?
