Bought a bundle in the store and it does not appear

Hi All,

I just bought a bundle using battlefield credits and it is nowhere to be found, I am a PS5 user and I can provide the transaction ID from the playstation store so you can check the balance changes.

    Hi there,
    Sorry to hear the bundle isn’t showing up. Please try the following and let us know if that helps :

    1. Fully close and restart the game, then check the bundle/items list again.
    2. If it’s still missing, play 1–2 online matches to help your account sync, then re-check your items.
    3. Also, if you purchased it very recently, it can take up to 24 hours for the transaction to fully process and the items to show up.
