bought Battlefield Pro on EA app but BF6 in on steam so cant activate

i bought BF6 in season 1 on Steam, now its season 2 i have bought a bf6 pro using EA app so i could use a creator code, but this has left the pro purchase on ea app and the game on steam. the game still tells me to buy pro on steam!

online help desk told me to post it on here.

Google AI said its fine to buy season 2 pro on ea aslong as the steam and ea accounts are linked. now it says you cant do this!!!!!

i do have redsec on ea app but its not installed as i only played 1 match on it before i bought bf6 on steam.

fianlly managed to fix it myself!
after EA closed the chat on me telling me tough, i downloaded redsec on ea app, logged in and it granted s2 pro to it, then i quit and opened bf6 on steam and i now have s2 pro and bf coins on there!

ea help just told me that, "cant cancel and refund this as it has ingame currency", i asked how can they add in game currency when the account does not have the game and was told "they have not added currency", so i said you can refund it then if no currency has been added and your agent closed the chat saying "it cannot be refunded". great service, time for a charge back on my card!
