BR Broken Sound and Landing Without Jumping Off The Plane

Today I was trying some settings and restarted the game. Entered quad BR, but right after we was about to jump off the plane, I was already landed on ground without seeing any parachute. There was also a problem with sound. It was like there was no ambiance sounds, it felt like I was in a box kind of sounds. I'm not sure but I think I also heard enemies voice lines in close quarter like when he was 5 meters away. He was saying such as ''I saw enemy. I downed one''???
