Breakthrough lobbies not filling in Oceanic region

This needs to be fixed. 10 players in a lobby and waiting 10 minutes but not enough bots to achieve the 24 starting number. A player comes and goes waiting for the game to start because they get fed up. Start the game and people will join. This is a stupid mechanic trying to force our behaviour. Let us play the modes and maps we want to play. Go back to the Season 1 lobby system.
