BUGGED - Deploy Beacon not unlocked after completing Assault 1 Challenge

Is there a solution to unlock the spawn beacon? I completed the two parts for the Assault 1 Challenge and it shows marked as Completed, but when I try to equip the Deploy Beacon for the Assault class...
